[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so glad that we purchased our news willing clad CFX fry pan. The Ceraforce extreme ceramic nonstick coding releases difficult foods like omelettes with ease. The stainless steel core provides excellent heat retention and distribution for even heating of various density foods. I expect many years of reliable use from this professional grade frying pan.

Pancakes stick like glue

Great on usage one. Food started sticking half way through use two. Use three, pancakes stuck like glue. Never used above medium heat.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No Chemical Cookware

I ordered this pan because it is made chemically free. The ceramic coating is called Ceraforce XTREME and is 50% longer lasting and 3x more durable than the previous line. You can even use metal utensils in the pan. It heats up beautifully - the pan has a 3 layer construction.

This newly designed CFX nonstick 12" pan has some wonderful upgrades. It is 3x stronger and like that it's Cermamic and Stainless Steel, so great to saute and frying. Cleans easily and cooks even better.

The new CFX ceramic non-stick coating is longer lasting, more durable and chemical free.
This tri-ply pan is completely clad with an interior layer of hygienic 18/10 stainless steel, an inner core of aluminum and an exterior layer of 18/0 stainless steel for induction capability. The stay cool handles and ease of care make this pan a great addition to any kitchen.

Excellent egg pan! The best ceramic non-stick!

A perfect size portion cooking, such as omelette, frying eggs, and pancakes, as well as browning minced garlic. This ceramic pan performs in well sauteing food, browning and braising meat, and a great non-stick pan-frying fish, and tofu. Flipping and turning is effortless with this pan.
I've had a variety of stainless steel nonstick ceramic coated pans, now I owned this new revolutionary CFX ceramic nonstick, it's the new favorite in my kitchen.
Sturdy 3mm clad construction with aluminum core heats up evenly and quickly, so there is no need to blast the fire, non-stick features works better for medium to high heat or low to medium. The base stays flat even when heated and will not warp. This pot handle is comfortable, allows for easy maneuvering and roomy stay cool handle.
Safe to use with metal utensils, 10x more scratch resistant and more durable, however, the keyword is “resistant” so with enough force, anything can cause scratches. Therefore, wood and silicone kitchen tools are recommended. It is easy to clean; just soak with water and soap and use a sponge to remove food residue. There's a variety of cookware stainless steel cream cleanser available to keep your pan exterior in pristine condition, so cleaning is a breeze!!!
Personally I liked handwashing my pots and pans most importantly non-stick pan. An unbeatable deal for a well-made and reasonably priced product! The best ceramic non-stick pan in the market.

I love this fry pan. I've had nonstick pans in the past that always seem to lose their nonstick quality and warp in the middle when heated but this pan is so thick and sturdy it heats up evenly and the nonstick is amazing. I can practically clean it out with just a wipe of a paper towel when I'm done. The handle is comfortable to lift and is stay cool and metal utensils don't scratch the ceramic. I'm really pleased with this pan.
