Really great knife and craftsmanship! Its sharp and it just feels right in the hand. Its our entry into the Japanese knives. We will definitely be looking to buy other Miyabi products.

I’ve had this knife for a little over a year and have used it almost daily, often multiple times per day on a variety of foods. It is still extremely sharp without having sharpened it at all and cuts effortlessly. It also feels comfortable in my hand and is well balanced. It’s a great all around knife and if I need another knife I will be choosing this brand.
