Authentic Japanese knives are the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Miyabi knives. I currently have the Miyabi Artisan 5.5in Santoku fine edge. My goal is to collect the Miyabi Artisan Kiritsuke, parking, Gyuto, and rocking santoku.

The important part of course, is the knife cuts perfectly. I was able to de-bone a chicken quite easily. So far there is no t anything negative I can say about this knife.
