The shipping box arrived with its one end having been opened and then taped bach shut in a sloppy manner, I could not trust the integrity of its contents. Here is a photo of that opened end.
I have a photo of the damaged box but at 93 years and alone, I am too dumb to add it to this report

I've had that happen to shipments we've gotten before, and usually there is no problem with the contents. However if your toner cartridge was damaged, please return it. The return and exchange process is covered, step-by-step, at:

Printed the front of 150 envelopes. Name and address only. And maybe like 6 other pages. Complete waste of money. It was like I got a partially used product. I love my HP printer, but many more cartridges like this and I’ll have to switch brands (Yes, I checked to be sure my ink wasn’t being used to heavy)
