The prongs are way too short for gripping a very low-pile carpet and the other mats with longer prongs are way too expensive

To thin and flimsy. Bends bad under weight of chair wheels. Makes big dents in the pad where it is hard to move your chair. Material needs to be harder to hold up to the weight of the chair. Tends to move around too. Would not buy it again. Disappointed

You sit on it too long in one spot the chair does sink a bit and get kind of stuck. But that could also depend on the thickness of the carpet you are placing it on and I guess how heavy you and the chair are combined. So maybe it will make me eat a little less and exercise a little more.Sometimes it takes a strong nudge to get the chair rolling on it.It was light easy to carry and load into the car and get where I wanted it in the house.So far the price and value points are aligning. But it's a chair mat the real test will see how it stands up over time. I can't comment on that yet.

I bought this one w/o “teeth” so it wouldn’t ruin a nice carpet in my home office but it does tend to slide around w/o the “teeth.”
