Chair mat is pretty light weight. Wheels make indentations that make it hard to move the chair

Just placed it on the carpet last week to replace one that I had for many years... This new one is a good size but it looks like it may not be as thick as I would have hoped. On that note I am concerned how long it will last. Just the weight of the chair and not a very heavy chair has caused dents in the mat...let's see what happens when I sit my chair and use the mat.

It’s fine for the purpose a small office area at home.. it does get dents from the chair but it does the job. No complaints

Needed to replace a cracked and broken mat. This one fits fine and adheres to our Berber carpet well.

When I asked customer service where the chair mats were she said what size. I told her and she said I have one that size right here behind the desk.. I purchased the one she had and flattened it at home for 2 days and put it at my desk. I think I bought the wrong one because it is very hard to roll my chair. I have to get up to move it. But I used it already so I'll deal with it.

Really wanted to give 0 stars but unable. We are actually going to return it. It immediately had wheel divots which makes it very hard to move the chair around n the mat. NOT happy.
