Absolute garbage! Sit a normal rolling office chair on this mat and it sinks leaving large indentations almost to the point of a hole.

I got the mat to preserve new carpet in my office. Has worked well for the most part - certainly easier to roll on than the carpet. It does indent a bit and get stuck in certain spots like other reviewers have said. All in all it's fine.

Looks nice but the pins don’t strongly grip the carpet

Delivery was on date and time. This mat was a replacement of a larger mat that lasted over 10 years. We are pleased with it. It is holding up very well.

My old mat retired the impressions of the coasters for many hours. The physical size of the new mat was much larger than the replaced mat so maneuvering the chair was not limited.
