The mat itself is a decent mat and I would have rated it higher but the way it was shipped to us was deplorable. It was wrapped up in a coil which is fine but it was then secured with the world's stickiest tape. It took me 3+ hours to get the tape and adhesive off with a heat gun razor and 99% alcohol. It should have been wrapped with shrink wrap and I almost returned it for this reason but needed it for a new employee so I couldn't wait for a replacement. Besides it probably would have been sent again in the same state..... If you want this mat buy it in the store!!!

I have not great success with chair mats they last about 1 yr before they crack and break up.

The mat is to small to wheel a chair in it.

The mat is hard enough to make rolling over it a piece of cake. I’m pleased with this purchase. I only wish the edges were tapered like some of the other mats.
