The floor mat was delivered super fast. It was delivered very dirty and looked used. It was not in any plastic and there was dirt and shoe prints all over it. This is for extremely flat carpet. It doesn't work well with my low pile carpet. My wheels keep getting stuck in the mat.

Spikes are not tall enough

I chose the mat based on my carpet pile and suggestions by Staples. The spikes do not extend far enough to hold the mat in place so it is always shifting on my carpet. Also because of their size I'm getting divots in the mat making it difficult to roll my chair.
