Manager Customer Service and workers were Excellent. They deserve 10 stars. I recommend this Staples just not this product. Great store. I am returning the mats. Quality is not good and it will not straighten out. I bought the lowest cost chair desk mat so I guess I got what I paid for. Store and service is wonderful!

I'm rolling on these in an office chair 4-6 hours a day and they last about 3 years. Excellent for the money.

The chair mat probably needs longer spikes because my carpet is not flat pile. I’ll continue to use it for a few more days but if it continues to shift I may need to return it for another one.

Prior floor matt lasted about 4 years and then just stared falling apart. That one was a replacement per a Lifetime Guarantee. But thought it a bit much to do that again and the new one is a few inches larger in both directions and reasonably priced.

It is great. Went from carpet to laminate flooring so needed this type of mat. Great size for my office and really appreciated the fast home delivery.
