This mat is thin and more of an entry level mat. I am 300# and the desk chair is for a heavy occupant. This mat will dimple and the chair casters dont roll smoothly. Suggest a thicker mat in these circumstances

I accidentally ordered a chair mat for my carpeted office that was smooth on the bottom. BIG MISTAKE! HUGE! I was sliding all over the place. I threw it out and ordered this one instead and it is perfect! Absolutely no issues whatsoever. Highly reccomend!

Probably should have purchased a thicker mat. It is installed on a tight burber carpet & my 5 wheel chair depresses the mat after sitting for a while. The wheels depress the mat & it isn't easy to move the chair.

It is very flimsy material. The last one we purchased at Staples several years ago was thicker. Even though this one states “not recommended for deep pile carpets” and ours is low pile as soon as I sat in my office chair the mat had an indent which made it more difficult to roll the chair around as needed.
