Very satisfied with the speed and efficiency of my transaction. I would also add that Tom was extremely helpful and he properly secured the chair mat so it was easier for me to handle.

They are easy to install and relocate if need be. However they seem to sink down where the wheels of the chairs sit which I did not expect. I expected it to be sturdier and roll smooth even after sitting a while. Ultimately they are a decent product and work to keep from ruining the carpet.

This mat is so thin and my chair wheels sink. Would not buy this one again.
