Bad pad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are on burber (spelling?)carpet and the pad is so soft the chair creates deep marks in the pad which take a great amount of time to raise back up. The old one I purchased from your store about 10 years ago was fine---it held its shape like it should. This one will not last very long.

Not great on med or greater pile carpet

Material is soft so I am hoping that means it won't crack like the last protector I had but the softness makes it difficult to roll your chair on when seated as your weight creates dents in the surface.

There is no edge and it cut crooked; with that the chair rollers pick up the edge of the mat and will not go on it. Waiting to return it but I don't have the receipt.
