Too much hype[...]

I am heavy and have 1/2 inch deep carpet so I ordered a mat for 1 inch thick carpet so as not to dent it too deeply to no avail. My empty chair even leaves shallow dents. It is NOT thick or hard enough. I could have paid 30% less for this quality in a differant brand. I am disapointed and may return it.

for computer chair rolls my chair much easier but they discolor over time..price is ok enough that you can replace..
