Chair mat was delivered with no packaging at all. Matt is otherwise fine.

Quality is good for the price. Chair rolls well. I knew that I needed more thickness due to the padding beneath the carpet. This works well for now although it will not be a long term fix.

The mat has saved our low pile carpet from the casters of our computer chair. Mat holds flush to carpet so no trip edges. I recommend this product

Works fine not too big not too small priced OK and is protecting my carpet. Don't know how long it will last as I only bought it a month ago but again it seems to be doing fine.

I like the mat but the thickness of it causes the chair wheels to to sink into the carpet some... I expect that I wil get used to it.

it took three days to flatten out. it did come quickly. it slides a couple inches every day even on the carpet. I wish I'd spent more to get something solid.
