Too thin

I bought these for flat pile carpet. So thin the chair was indenting into matt. I am using as a floor runner instead. I purchased another one from elsewhere.

Hope this one holds up better than the last one...it only lasted six months before cracking and was totally trashed by the seventh month. Unfortunattely couldn't find original receipt with date of purchase so we'll hope this one lasts a bit longer before giving up on them.

I like the floor mat. This is the 3rd one purchased over the last 7 years or so. Naturally it blends in with the carpeting. The mat holds to the carpet nicely. Easy to move around.

Nice surface for chairs on carpet

This mat helps avoid damage to carpets where a chair is in constant use - my studio work table is an example. I have a similar one in my office where I use a rolling steno chair at my computer desk. They're easy to clean and the transparent material is unobtrusive.
