Plastic mat is too thin and does not support chair rollers. Even on low pile carpet rollers indent the plastic mat so chair does not easy to move. It was a waste of money for me.

I only gave it a 3 because it didn't work. I needed something that would work on a thick carpet with a thick pad and this mat was not stiff enough.....never found one that was....built my own alternative

THE PAD IS TOO THIN. WHEN YOU SIT IN THE CHAIR THE WHEELS DEPRESS INTO THE MATERIAL AND IT IS DIFFICULT TO MOVE THE CHAIR. LIKE WHAT YOU PAY FOR YOU GET. QUALITY DOES NOT COST IT PAYS. I KNOW BETTER.
