The mat is about the same thickness as what I previously had. It tends to indent as I roll across it. I will have to remember to order a thicker mat next time. My last mat eventually cracked and I will be throwing it out. I don't expect much from the new one this review is on. My carpet is a short pile carpet.

Despite having a prior carpet protection pad that was guaranteed for life I bought a new pad a Staples as Zi did not have the old receipt. I’m really pleased with my purchase as it’s worth every penny!

Bought this mat to replace one bought from Staples perhaps a decade ago. It works about as well as one could hope upon medium pile carpet.

The mats are exactly what I needed: thickness to hold my weight & carpet length without leaving an impression in the Matt. The size is perfect for the two locations I needed and the interaction with Staples was excellent. I highly recommend it.

The mat lay perfectly flat from the get-go with no curling.

Mat wasn't in stock at local store. Associate immediately let me know he could order it in and have sent to my house. Extremely helpful. Extremely friendly.
