Great product but It arrived filthy! Had no protective package and had dirty footprints on the surface. Wiped the surface down put down on my carpet to find the warehouse soot embedded on the bottom was now all over my carpet. Had to wash the carpet then take the mat into the tub/shower and scrub it before using.

I wish it was a little thicker so chair didnt sink into it and that those hanging tabs could be removed. good otherwise'

I ordered my chair mat & was able to pick it up within the hour - when I really needed it. Quick service and great staff! Thanks again.

The mat is doing its job but it could be thicker; it bends under the rolling office chair legs and I am not sure how long it will hold before cracking thru.

This mat is advertised as for a low pile carpet floor but doesn't seem to be any thicker than the standard mat
