The mat was filthy....I had to wipe it down all over multiple times to remove a blackened material..before putting it in my office...

I just put in down Saturday and it already has very large indentions where the casters roll. I do not think that should happen that fast. Yes it was a cheaper one and I should have gotten the better one for a deeper pile for the carpet. I did not think our carpet was that thick but I guess it may be. I will certainly take a good look at the next one I buy and it will be the better one. Wish I could exchange it but I do not know if the store will take it back. I am not sure but I think I have my receipt.

This is the only clear plastic carpet mat I have seen. It has ;projections on the carpet side to hold it in place as chair moved over it from desk to computer.

Reasonably priced: I bought this mat to replace a bamboo mat (looks like wood floor) for a L-shaped desk. The bamboo kept buckling. Was concerned on new mat because label stated good for carpet 1 1/2” carpet. I am here to tell you it has not moved 1 cm. Great product this far!
