Chair Roller mat for high pile carpet

The chair mat that I purchased was one that should work well with high pile carpets. It crawls and bunches up when it crawls up against some thing such as a desk. I wish I had'nt bought it. Not happy with the purchase. It needs to be twice as thick to be stable enough.

The mat is fine. However the delivery was not: the delivery person didn't wait long enough for us to get to the door and simply tossed the unwrapped mat (no packaging at all) on the screen porch floor.

I would buy this product again

Lower cost mats only last one year or so before cracking and splitting. This mat is much thicker.

Super fast delivery not rolled up so I was able to place it immediately and use it. Packing label pealed right off with little or no effort. This product is just as described and so far I am very happy with this purchase.

Just the right size

This mat is the right size for my den which has very thick carpeting. The previous mat was too small and I kept running the wheel of my chair off of it and they would get stuck. I would have to get up and lift the chair back on the mat before I could resume working. This mat solved that problem

not sure I received the correct mat

In the store the deeper the carpet pile rating the longer the spikes on the underside are. The one that I received has really short spikes on it. maybe 1/8" long. It came in the late afternoon. I received a call at work and told him that he could leave it outside. my wife found it all crumpled up by the door. It was not in cardboard for protection. it did not want to lay on the floor with the spikes down since that's the way that it was bent up. I finally forced it down & over the last day has leveled out. The problem now is that as you sit in the chair in front of the desk it puts indentations in the mat. Then it becomes a pain to roll around when you need to
