The chair mat fits within the desk area that I have set up. My chair wheels don't get stuck and are easy to roll around on the mat. It was easy to unbox and unroll. You do have to let it sit out for at least 48 hours 24 hours to be able to unroll it and another 24 to lay it flat. It is light and easy to move around.

Pleased with the look of this product. The plastic is heavy so hoping it will be durable. Other makes have tended to disintegrate after a couple of years wear and tear although this is a home office and not heavily used. Glad to review again after more use. thank you.
