Chair mat great but the way it was delivered is less than ideal

I've ordered this chair mat on-line previously. However this time there were so many stickers and the Bill of Lading stuck to the chair mat such that I couldn't remove it reasonably easily. Because I'm older and it's hard to work with something that is bulky and has prickles on the bottom just to get off all these stickers stock to the chair mat. There has to be a better way of delivering this product without having 5 different labels stuck to it including the Bill fo Lading without having to struggle to remove them.

It works very well for daily use on medium pile carpet for approximately 12-14 months before it needs to be replaced.

Terribly disappointing

I had bought three of these mats. They say that they are for carpets 3/4" thick including pad. I measured by sticking a paper clip into the carpet. I came to just 3/4". These mats are so thin my chair sinks into the mat and makes it difficult to roll across. When I do try to roll the mat will shift and pucker when it bumps into a file cabinet. I have to straighten them out a couple of times a day. I would have returned them but I am 72 years old and it was a major task getting them into my office in the first place.

Yes .145" of soft plastic will dent where the wheels are as common sense would dictate. I can't believe anyone would be surprised by this. I am just now having to purchase a new mat. I got SIX YEARS of heavy use out of this one on medium pile carpeting. That's well worth it in my book.
