Product quality appears excellent. Mat does not 'drift' on our Medium pile carpet. Very little sinking in of office chair into mat - chair still rolls easily. Free shipping in only a few days. Would recommend this product to others.

I have purchased chair mats from Staples in the past. The quality of the current chair mat is as good as a in the past. Great product at a good price. Delivery was less than great. The attached photo was taken by the courier… Instructions say “IMPORTANT. Please read before unrolling chair mat” Ops! Too late!

The chair mat remains in place. The chair rolls easily and makes a slight dent in the mat. However the dent disappears after a short while when the chair is moved to another position.

Probably should have purchased a thicker mat. It is installed on a tight burber carpet & my 5 wheel chair depresses the mat after sitting for a while. The wheels depress the mat & it isn't easy to move the chair.
