Love the size of the mat but I found it hard to roll the chair after 1 setting ... it started to have davits where ever I paused the chair. Had good packing I laid it out in the sun to warm up and lay flat.

Brand new house carpeted area where I'm setting up my office. Chair wheels sink right in. While it might be a little *less* resilient this mat is doing the job. I can actually move around!

This chairmat is advertised as being for medium pile carpet and the depth of my carpet was within the range advertised (I measured it before ordering). The chairmat wouldn't stay in place - constantly shifting. And the off-gassing smell was really really bad. Also while the manufacturer's label was easy to remove from the chairmat the Staples delivery label wasn't. Had to get out the 'goo gone' to get rid of the residue.

Good product...mistake made ordered to replace in all the offices. Be prepared to spend 30 to 60 minutes on each to remove two big label. You will need a hair dryer and Goo Gone. Extremely bad thinking whoever decided to label the mats. DON'T RECOMMEND THE PRODUCT.

arrived just as purported.. and timely too! Chair rollers leaves minor indent in the mat but not enough to alter smooth rolling about! Very satisfied will likely be ordering another for the other office

It covers the carpet yes but if you sit in one place too long anything around 5 minutes you make divots in the mat. I was looking for something much thicker but I don't think they make them anymore. I kept them because the ones that needed replacing had actual holes in them because they were so old.

There are two big labels on the chair mat! Be prepared to spend 1 hour of your time with a hair dryer and a bottle of Goo Gone. What were they thinking when the labels were applied. Definitely would not recommend.
