tape residue on mat

This mat arrived rolled into a tight roll and tape around it. The tape left a thick sticky residue that was incredibly hard to remove and the mat wouldn't lay flat because it was rolled so tightly in shipment. Spent 30 minutes working to remove the sticky tape residue.

Came as described. Wasn't thrilled with the delivery was left on front steps wide open and filthy. It looked like the mat was on the floor of the delivery truck and was trampled. Had to completely scrub the entire item. Should have been rolled up in plastic to protect. Nice fit and good quality. Need to improve packaging for delivery of this item.

This mat is doing well so far after 2 months. A couple of indentations where the chair rollers are but that's to be expected. Doesn't slip on medium ply carpet.

The mat came with no packing no paperwork and that was a surprise but it's weatherproof so.... It wasn't easy to measure the depth of our carpet through the padding to the subfloor- so I think I bought one for a thinner carpet. It works anyway and hubby's a big guy. I know this will last a long time as the one I use has.
