You should ask for this review after 6 months-1 year. The mat is fine but it's brand new so of course it would be fine. They typically start cracking and breaking as they come up on a year old. If this thing stays in one piece then that would be a 5-star rating but I can't know if that will be the case right now and so cannot give a 5-star rating on quality yet especially one that I may be sorry for a few months down the line. I'll give a 1-star rating for now as quality remains to be seen. Forcing the star-rating after one week is going to bring your numbers down.

Not stiff enough

Ordered chair mat online for the office. Delivery was first thing the next morning. Driver was prompt and professional. The problem with the mat is the chair wheels sink into the mat making it difficult to roll. I should have ordered a much stiffer mat for the office. My fault since I did not see the product in person before ordering.
