Quality + Value is a must!

I want quality at a reasonable or sale price. This product provided both plus it looks professional. The presentation of products through the mail must stand out without busting the budget. This product provides that option whether we send it 'as is' or have additional printing added to it. Our demographic includes teachers parents and extended family members of students we serve as well as potential donors and corporate sponsors so communication that speaks to our professional business practice is important. This product offers presentation options - that's a plus in anyone's budget.

People are used to manila envelopes with the opening on the 9 inch end but they adapted.

I do taxes and the side opening is much easier to use and take papers & reciepts in and out than the end opening ones. I searched everywhere for these type of envelopes and found them only at Staples!

A side-opening envelope is great for paper projects to be stored or mailed. Tax returns and other documents slide into the envelope much easier than a top opening envelope. I think more can be put in the side opening due to the ease of stuffing. The only improvement would be a heavier paper which I think can be purchased in a manila colored envelope. May be more durable in the mail.

Box was missing envelopes.

Reserved this item online went to store to pick up. That in and of itself was a whole nightmare I won't get into. Upon getting home and stuffing them with papers I got to the bottom of the box and discovered I was short 6 envelopes. I needed 100 envelopes for an organization project so I ended up short. Extremely disappointing. I went back to the store to explain this without the envelopes of course because they were full of papers at this point. Management looked at me as if I were trying to get extra envelopes for free. It was extremely rude as I only wanted what I paid for. The envelopes themselves are fine though I did not seal them so I cannot comment on the glue quality. They are used for storage purposes only. Lesson learned: Make sure to COUNT your envelopes or you may end up getting scammed. The box is not sealed it is simply a cardboard box with a lift off lid. Looking at the box you wouldn't exactly be able to tell if it had been tampered with. which I am assuming is what happened to my box. It would be easy for someone to remove the lid and slip envelopes out.
