Why Celiacs buy preglued envelopes

I use preglued envelopes for all mailings be it bills letters or articles. Celiacs do not lick any glued item as the wheat in it causes allergy reactions.

I like these envelopes and it is all that I use now. However I usually have to add additional glue to the ends of the flap as they don't seal and I am afraid they will jam in the machines. Adding more glue to reach all the way across would be SUPER!!!!!
