I was disappointed when I got home the light on the magnifying glsss refused to turn on. Brought back the next day to exchange for a working model. The clerk at the register asked if he could take a look at it. In a minute he was saying “oh look the batteries are wrapped in plastic”. I felt foolish but was happy he took the extra step to help me. The glass is just what I wanted & works well.
