Purchased this product at Staples last week using my 20% off coupon. They are for my Senior Center -- sending out programs paying bills (but not to Staples who won't give my senior center a credit card). For the price they are a very good buy. Also bought them because you DO NOT have to lick the envelope when sealing. I would give this product a 5-star rating but I am in the process of returning two DEFECTIVE items to Staples and hoping to get a full replacement. I was extremely disappointed to have read MANY NEGATIVE reviews regarding customer service from Staples. l am very hopeful that my case will get POSITIVE attention so that I do not have to post a negative review. Suggestion: how about changing some of the specials you advertise in our E.mails each time. They are always very nearly the same products. How many cases of copy paper can we buy?

It's Envelopes

They are convenient and easy to use. I live in a humid environment so I need the "peal and seal" rather than ordinary gummed envelopes. They only drawback is that they are too "see through" so I have to remember to put a piece of paper in for privacy.
