Gummed flap holds well and very easy to use. Envelopes for business use are strong enough to hold eight (8) pieces of paper easily if properly folded and the sealed seams do not part. When holding envelope to light contents not readily visible. Recommend for business mailings and personal mailings when necessary.

I used the envelopes to mail a one page newsletter. After inserting the newsletter I sealed the envelopes. This was easier and faster than the prior method of moistening the flap and pressing it down to seal.
