I appreciate the fact that you ask me about my last purchase at our Staples. However my last purchase at our Staples was the same as the first - excellent! Informed and helpful staff. If what I wanted was not available then a suitable alternative was offered or a delivery date for what I wanted was offered. That’s why we continue to go there.
