Hi Dave, we do have blank templates that do not have any pre-designs on them so that you can enter in whatever information for your labels. If you go to avery.com/templates, there you can enter your template number. If you use Design & Print Online, you can select a blank template in the Choose Design Step. We also have blank templates for programs like Microsoft Word if you would prefer using that software. We would be happy to help you get your template set up properly. Plus, the adhesive is really strong, so these labels "stick for good!" My new box of 5366 labels are smearing and smudging in my LASER printer. They never did before. I've bought these for years and never experienced smearing. I appreciate the new "SURE FEED Technology but I'm wondering if it has changed the label texture and caused the ink not to set.
