Came all rolled up and wrinkled and wouldn’t flatten out. Exchanged it for another and had to return it because it came back the same way. Totally disappointed.

It's perfect for our small space not our first one.

On the flimsy side. I’m not that heavy but chair wheels make indentation and then it’s difficult to roll the chair.

I'm 100% satisfied with this hard floor mat! So clear I forget it's there. Ordered it and arrived at my door the next day. Exceeded my expectations. Way to go Staples!

Too thin rolling chair makes temporary dents and it’s hard to move back & forth.

This mat works reasonably well but it should only be used for light/occasional duty as it quickly develops indentations where my desk chair sits. I've been able to compensate by shifting chair positions and it's at my desk in a vacation home so not a big deal for me. However I would NOT recommend for daily use.

Try'd cheaper mat first. Measure carpet as instructed and should have worked. Couldn't tell any difference from directly on carpet. Went back and bought best they had. Chair still leaves indents and hard to move when set in one spot. Was expecting to be more rigid.
