It was all I hoped for but wish it came a couple of inches bigger. Also the adhesive that held the sticker did not come off the mat and now there's a big black mark on it.

I ordered this mat through Staoles.com at the physical store it wasn't in stock there must have been a run on them. Ha ha. So the salesperson suggested using the Staples.com. The shipping was free so I decided to go ahead and do that. It was very easy and the salesguy said it would ship to my home in two days. I didn't even know what it was going to look like but I took my chances. It was delivered in the freezing cold and it was as hard as could be.The directions on it say to let it lay flat in your home for 24 hours before you use it.I then put it at my desk and I love it. My chair rolls over it so easily where before it was dragging on the carpet. Great mat.

Size too small for me Frequently rolling over the edge and then having a difficult time rolling back onto the mat. There is a slight pile to the carpet ... maybe to much for the mat type.

Since we purchased this mat we have had to replace it every year. We are glad there is a life-time warranty on it so they keep replacing it for us.
