While this mat comes in a rather long box and is rolled into an eight inch diameter tube it is now flat. Because of the time of year it had gotten pretty cold during transit and was a little challenging to unroll. Within a couple of hours it was flat. My dying chair rolls easily now! Part of me wishes I could put them end to end in the whole room!

I've had this office chair mat for awhile now and works well. Definitely wouldn't want to go a smaller in size. One thing to note is the mat is not packaged in anything so when it arrived it was dirty (nothing a quick wipe down won't take care just a little annoying).

By description this mat was listed for being used on plush carpet but the chair wheels still sink into it. Also note that I'm 175 lbs. and with the chair approx. 200 so it's not like I'm a 250-300 lb. person. Not as bad a standard mat but this one is thicker but not thick enough to be used on plush carpet. I would not recommend this product for plush carpet.
