It arrived flat which is a plus. But it is too thin and even on my low pile carpet my chair has created indentations and the casters get stuck in them. Spend more and get something you will be happy with.

My corner desk means most mats are too large but this one is just right. The mat is thick enough that my chair does not sink down into it and get stuck. The mat does have a tendency to slide a little in one direction and it arrived with a huge sticker on it that took a lot of work to get off and there is still residue/markings -- thus no 5 stars. All in all I'm happy with this purchase.

It's the perfect size for the small space that it is used. Slides now and then but that is nit a problem for me. If it last 4 yrs like the prior one then that's a plus.

My order was handled carelessly. One of the two items arrived damaged no packaging or wrapping. I paid a fee to have it damaged?? Not right.

Major #FAIL

This was shipped "next day delivery" and 2 days later still never arrived but the delivery man claims I signed for it. Since I neither received it nor signed for it (AND gave up 2 days of my life waiting for this box to arrive) I'd call that a FAIL all around. However Customer Service said they will reship it. so If I ever actually receive it I can say at least one person at Staples did their job. So far they are oh for nothing! First last and only time I've ordered online from Staples directly. Definitely not making this mistake again!
