Size is perfect for our bedroom/office. It does get some indentations where the chair is sitting but once moved they go away. This is on a berber carpet and works well.

Pleasantly surprised with the larger size. I have used smaller chair mats in the past. This mat is of a very good quality it is substantial. Nice hue nice beveled edges. If you are looking for a chair mat this one is worth the cost.
