The opening for under the desk needs to go deeper and be wider most desk are open as wide as a chair but the lip on the mat doesn't go under the desk far enough for when you push you chair end when not at the desk and catches when you pull the chair back out. My heels catch on it as well when setting at the desk because it does not go under my feet at all.

Peg cleats are nowhere near long enough for plush carpet. Needed to move and reposition pad twice a day. Just plain doesn't work. Returned the item.

Exactly what was ordered. Lip fits perfectly under desk. Chair rolls easily. Medium pile carpet measurement was correct for the carpet. Product arrived in two days. Extremely pleased with purchase.

I was actually very surprised how well this chair mat worked on top of the carpet. I’ve never had a whole lot of luck with plastic mats and carpet but this one really surprised me. I recommend this product

I've only had it for a week but so far so good. I used ship to store and it was filthy when i picked it up took some effort to clean but at least it was flat and not rolled! Did have a strong manufacturing smell to begin with too keep that in mind if you're sensitive to it!

It was purchased according to the specification provided but apparently it is not right as it roams around on the carpet and does not stay in place.

Works like it should

On line ordering process went easy. Price was good. Shipping time & handling charge reasonable. Arrived via UPS. Not boxed. Somewhat warped on back edge. Placed on my patio in the direct sun for a day. That eliminated the warped areas. The thickness of this mat is perfect for my carpet that has maybe 1/2" knap. The nubbies on the bottom of the mat keep it from moving around. Office chair rolls easily.
