So far so good. Last one cracked up. I wonder about calling it medium pile when the sticker said plush. What is the guarantee?

Unfortunately my chair does still cause the mat to slip somewhat. The previous mat must have been meant for very thin carpeting so this new mat is an improvement. I had hoped to not have to move it into position at all but I do--about every week. My carpeting would not qualify as thick.

Cleats don't hold in medium carpet - it tends to move too much.

THE MAT WAS DELIVERED ON THE DAY PROMISED. THE MAT HAS A LIP THAT FITS PERFECTLY INTO THE OPENING IN MY COMPUTER WORK STATION. I AM SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT.

The mat is fine. It does move on the carpet though. Quite tacky guess that’s for slip resistance though.
