the product is supposed to remain in place on a plush carpet. it does not! i paid almost twice as much for this expecting that the little "grippers" on the bottom of the mat would be longer than the non-plush version. that is not the case so i am still constantly putting it back in place. not worth the money.

Don't buy this one for carpeted areas !!

Placed the pad over a thinly padded rug. It was difficult to move my chair because the casters were sinking in making indentations in the pad.THE PAD WAS RETURNED TO STAPLES.

Not good for plush carpet

When used with a plush carpet w/one inch pad it will creep as chair rolls on it. Needs to be more heavy duty with longer pins to hold it in place on the carpet.

Seems to dent too easy

The color and fit are good. We have this on medium length carpet with a 5 legged chair with carpet rollers. The users of the chair weigh 130-190 lbs and all leave deep dents in the mat. It seems like it would work better with shorter carpet. I would not buy it again for this length of carpet.

Slight depressions after use but gone by morning works well on my thicker carpet.

I read lots of reviews where the mats were not thick enough for their carpet so I'm glad I spent more for this thicker version. It's worked well and I only wish the front extension went just a touch farther I've also had a slight bit of rolling on occasion but I slid it out from the furniture it was pressed against and that resolved. Overall I'm very pleased and it's definitely saving the carpet from this chair as the wheels were a bit harsher than my old chair.
