Plastic quality and durability could be improved upon. This is a replacement/repurchase of identical after original purchase cracked around the areas where the chair wheels spend most of their time.

the carpet mat that I order and had delivered came in excellent condition. I have been using the mat for over a week and it is doing its job of protecting my carpet. I would recommend this mat if you are looking to protect a carpet in your office.
