Mat is perfect size however the material is too thin and soft. I weigh about 180 lbs. and my chair is a basic office chair. Makes huge dents under each caster wheel. Time will only tell how long this mat will last.

I live in an apartment with new carpeting I have 2 roller chairs which can run havoc on the surface of the carpet. This floor mat is working out so well the transparency is excellent (I've forgotten it's there) my chair rolls easily over the surface and I am confident there is no damage to the rug.

This chair mat is pretty good quality for the $$. I haven't had it very long but it does have a wee bit of indentation where the chair rollers sit on it. I loved the delivery though it was delivered flat not rolled up!!

The size and quality is good...THE BUT...the wheels on the chair sink into the plastic and cause a dimple which then makes it harder to move chair. The dimples do go away once there is no weight on the chair.
