instructions on how to get the mat FLAT on the floor are not clear. So far (2 days) the mat is still folded.

Not firm enough

I'm returning this item. I loved the size and rectangular shape of the mat but it it wasn't firm enough. After a couple hours the wheels on my chair started making indents in the mat. I weigh about 150 pounds. My chair settled into the indents rather than sliding smoothy across the mat.

Not good fell in dips in carpet I would not have recommended if you have ruts in carpet. That’s was the reason to buy. Product or strong enough..... I don’t recommend.

This is the second time ordering this particular mat only this one is a little smaller. I love how smooth it lays and how easy it is to roll on. Without the lip there is no tripping hazzard. Great quality laid down flat from the start. The only down-side to this mat is that it lasted me for about three or four years before it started cracking and breaking but my mat gets a lot of use.The price is good for the quality you are getting so you can afford to replace it every four years or so.
