It works OK but bends where there is any amount of weight (wheels of the chair) even though my carpet is under the specified pile height.

Arrived in time - bend like hell. Mat is to thin and moves spikes are way to short to have any effect. Chair wheels dent the mat very heavily - makes moving the chair around difficult at times. Does not work well on thicker carpets. Not worth the money.

The mat is excellent not very happy with the delivery. The man that delivered the mat had rolled it up! It took several days to get it to stay down and I am concerned that in the future it will crack and break in those places!
