I did not liked as it does not stay firm on carpet. With chair it moves. I think i should have bought the other one.

The chair mat looks great and it is easy to move your chair around on. It is a nice thickness and as far as leaving rolller marks it is not that much. I would definitely buy again. Great quality.

It's working well but has taken several days to form to a level ground. The problem was that it is shipped to us in a box with the mat wound up in a long oblong shape bundled by bands to keep the oblong shape in place. When opening the box it quickly became apparent it was going to take a while to get this to flatten out. Ultimately it did and it's working fine but I wonder if there might be a better way to ship it.

Cheap and flimsy

This is way too flimsy and was shipped without any container. It arrived all bent up. I had to set it out on the floor for a day for it to become flat again. Even on really short pile carpet the wheels sink in so you know it won't take long for the plastic to crack and break. I really can't imagine this lasting for more than a few weeks. Returned to Staples and will purchase a better quality product elsewhere.
