Size fits perfectly in my small office area. Price was reasonable. I think my carpet is a little too thick though because over time I get "stuck" in dents the chair wheels leave.

I have a home office and use it under my chair. THis type of product had a "lifetime" guarantee not any more. WIthin 9-12 months or less I require a new mat. So much for lifetime..

This mat is used in my home office....and it gets a LOT of use! It provides a smooth sruface for my chair....the price was reasonable!

MY CHAIR LEAVES HOLES OR RIPPLES IN THE MAT AND MY CHAIR IS JUST A REGULAR OFFICE CHAIR WITH WHEELS AND I ONLY WEIGH 180 LBS. THE HOLES OR RIPPLES GO AWAY WHEN I MOVE THE CHAIR RIGHT NOW BUT WHO KNOWS WHAT MAY HAPPEN AFTER A MONTH OR TWO. THE HOLES THE CHAIR MAKES IN THE MAT MAKE IT VERY HARD TO MOVE THE CHAIR AROUND BEHIND THE DESK. IF YOU BUY ONE YOU WILL UNDERSTAND WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT BUT REMEMBER I WARNED YOU.....

CANNOT ANSWER THE CONS BECAUSE I JUST RECEIVED IT. Noticed that after a week and indentation where the wheel is leaves an imprint in the Chairmat. Hope it is not permanent.

This is for the chair at my computer and replaced a similar mat which had given many years of service. I think the mat is a little too soft although my carpet is not high pile so that the chair does not slide as smoothly as did the prior mat.
