So Thin

This is the third time I bought this item over the years. It wasn't available in the local store to see so they ordered it online for me. When it arrived I immediately noticed that this version appears much Thinner than the other two I have owned. Rolling around on it takes effort. Like the last two versions I suspect it will crack and discolor over time but with all things plastic that is normal. Simply stated "I'm not impressed".

Great Product

As the office manager I purchased five of these for our office. We really like the smaller footprint of this mat. We haven't had them long enough to comment on whether or not they will discolor. Over all we are very pleased with this purchase.

Same chair mat I bought st Sam's which cost 1/3 of the price at Sam's Club. I really thought this would be a better quality mat for the price difference. But too big a pain to return.

Got what I paid for maybe more

I bought this for use on standard household carpet even though it's intended for office grade. It was really too soft for that home carpet. But didn't want to spend the $$ on a thicker grade. Placing office grade carpet tiles underneath the mat solved the problem (the mat actually holds the tiles together). Works great now. Have no complaints whatsoever.

"The only game in town"

It makes rolling my office chair easier than on carpet alone. But the chair wheels indent the plastic surface easily making rolling uneven. My first mat broke through after less than two years.
