Sturdy product easy set up. The indentations from the desk chair wheels remain and the chair tends to get stuck in them when attempting to adjust the distance of the chair from the desk.

Not for thick carpet

I was assured it would work on a thicker carpet but it has developed valleys that make it difficult to move a desk chair around

i love this chairmat If you love your carpeted floor protect it with a chairmat If you hate you carpeted floor cover it with a chairmat.

A BUMPY ROAD

I was replacing one that I had for about 4 years (over carpeting). It had cracked because of age and temperature. Once I installed it I realized that it was going to be "too cheap" as it showed the holes (indentures) in the plastic and was difficult to roll the chair after it had been in place and the chair was "sat on".
